Zeolite Rotor VOC Treatment System with Catalytic Oxidation or RTO – ANGEM

The ANGEM Zeolite Rotor VOC Treatment System is designed for the continuous treatment of high-volume, low-concentration organic exhaust gases generated by coating, painting, printing, chemical, electronics and other industrial processes.

The system combines multistage filtration, zeolite rotor adsorption and concentration with either catalytic oxidation or regenerative thermal oxidation technology. It provides an efficient, compact and automated solution for reducing industrial VOC emissions.

DESCRIPTION

ANGEM’s Zeolite Rotor VOC Treatment System is an integrated air-pollution-control solution developed for organic exhaust gases generated during industrial production.

The system first removes dust and particulate contaminants through multistage filtration. Low-concentration VOC exhaust is then adsorbed by the zeolite rotor and concentrated through a continuous adsorption, desorption and cooling process. The resulting low-volume, high-concentration VOC stream is directed to a catalytic oxidation unit or regenerative thermal oxidizer for further decomposition.

Two system configurations are available:

• Zeolite Rotor Concentrator with Catalytic Oxidation
• Zeolite Rotor Concentrator with Regenerative Thermal Oxidation (RTO)

Available treatment airflow ranges from 10,000 to 100,000 m³/h. The system features an integrated enclosed structure, compact footprint, low pressure drop, efficient heat transfer, automated operation and flexible start-up.

APPLICATION FIELD

ANGEM’s zeolite rotor concentrator and catalytic oxidation system is designed for continuous treatment of high-volume, low-concentration VOC exhaust gas. With an airflow capacity of 10,000–100,000 m³/h and a purification efficiency of ≥92%, the system can effectively treat benzene, toluene, xylene, MIBK, MEK, ethanol and other organic solvents. It is widely used in coatings and inks, resins and adhesives, spray coating, lithium batteries, pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals, semiconductors, electronics, printing and coating industries.
