The machine uses a programmable PLC control system. Operating parameters such as cycle time, temperature and inspection settings can be configured according to different workpiece requirements.

The main sizing die is equipped with an automatic lubrication system, helping reduce wear and extend its service life.

The control system can store up to 30 process recipes, allowing operators to save, retrieve and quickly switch between different product settings.

The integrated inspection system automatically identifies nonconforming parts and records real-time NG product data for production and quality analysis.

A reserved station is provided for future color-marking integration, making subsequent equipment upgrades easier.
