ANGEM automatic bushing swaging and sizing machines are designed for the post-molding dimensional calibration of rubber-to-metal bonded bushings, silent blocks and automotive anti-vibration components. The equipment precisely reduces and controls the outside diameter of each bushing, helping improve dimensional consistency and minimize deformation. Optional modules can be integrated for OD and height measurement, debonding inspection and automatic NG part rejection.
