The YS63X100-1M44 is a fully automated bushing swaging system, combining the YS63X100-1M44 Automatic Swaging Machine with the SZ16×100-Q3 Automatic Feeder. Designed and manufactured by Angem Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. (Suzhou) to meet specific customer requirements, this system is purpose-built for the post-processing of shock absorber bushings — covering outer diameter swaging, dimensional sizing, and OD/height inspection.

DESCRIPTION

The machine delivers a seamless end-to-end automated workflow: automatic loading → swaging → dimensional inspection → automatic unloading, all controlled via a PLC system with a touchscreen interface supporting both Chinese and English.

The integrated inspection module covers three key parameters: outer diameter, height, and de-bonding detection, ensuring consistent quality output with minimal operator intervention.

Suitable for bushings with an outer diameter and height both within 100 mm, this system is an ideal solution for high-volume shock absorber bushing production lines.
