Automatic Adhesive Dip Coating Machine for Rubber Bushings JL100X86-D2M -ANGEM

The JL100X86-D2M is an automatic chain-type dip coating machine designed for full-surface adhesive coating and drying of rubber bushing metal inserts and other small components.

The machine integrates chain conveying, automatic dipping, drip removal and drying into a continuous production process. Its specially designed anti-drip mechanism removes excess adhesive from the bottom of each workpiece after dipping, helping achieve more uniform coating quality and reduce adhesive runs and hanging drops. With adhesive utilization of mor          e than 90%, the JL100X86-D2M provides an efficient solution for high-volume rubber-to-metal bonding preparation.

DESCRIPTION

The JL100X86-D2M Automatic Chain-Type Dip Coating Machine is independently designed and manufactured by ANGEM for the full-surface application of bonding adhesives to metal components.

It is primarily developed for dip coating and drying metal inserts used in rubber bushings, vibration-control components and other rubber-to-metal bonded products.

During operation, the workpieces are transported continuously by the chain conveyor and immersed in the adhesive tank. The dipping process provides complete and consistent coverage of complex external surfaces that may be difficult to process by conventional roller coating.

Special Anti-Drip Removal System

One of the main challenges in dip coating is the formation of adhesive drops at the bottom of the workpiece after it is removed from the adhesive tank. These hanging drops can lead to uneven film thickness, surface defects and additional material consumption.

To address this problem, the JL100X86-D2M incorporates a specially developed anti-drip mechanism. After dipping, a lifting unit moves ANGEM’s specially selected absorbent fabric into contact with the bottom of the workpiece to remove excess adhesive.

This process helps reduce hanging drops, improve coating uniformity and provide more consistent preparation before rubber molding and vulcanization.

More Than 90% Adhesive Utilization

The dipping process allows excess adhesive to return to the adhesive tank for reuse. Combined with the controlled drip-removal mechanism, the system achieves adhesive utilization of more than 90%.

High adhesive utilization helps reduce coating material waste and lower production costs during continuous operation.

Chain-Type Continuous Production

The machine uses a chain conveyor to transfer workpieces continuously through the dipping, drip-removal and drying processes.

The automated conveying system maintains stable process timing for each workpiece, reduces manual handling and supports high-volume industrial production.

Integrated Drying Process

After dip coating and excess adhesive removal, the workpieces are transported automatically to the drying section. Controlled drying helps stabilize the adhesive film before the components enter subsequent rubber molding and vulcanization processes.

The drying configuration can be customized according to the adhesive system, workpiece dimensions and required production capacity.

Automatic and Environmentally Controlled Operation

The JL100X86-D2M combines automatic conveying, adhesive dipping, drip removal and drying in one integrated machine.

The enclosed processing structure helps contain adhesive residue and volatile emissions within the working area. The machine can also be connected to the customer’s exhaust gas collection or VOC treatment system according to project requirements.

ANGEM can customize the equipment according to the customer’s workpiece dimensions, adhesive properties, dipping depth, required film thickness, drying process and target production capacity.
