Automatic Adhesive Roller Coating Machine for Rubber Bushing Outer Sleeves GL150-DY3M – ANGEM

The GL150-DY3M is a chain-type automatic roller coating machine designed to apply adhesive primer and cover coat to the external cylindrical surfaces of metal outer sleeves used in rubber bushings and vibration-control components.

It integrates automatic loading, chain conveying, precision roller coating, adhesive feeding, drying and exhaust gas treatment into a continuous production system. The machine provides uniform coating thickness, high adhesive utilization and stable performance for high-volume rubber-to-metal bonding applications.

DESCRIPTION

The GL150-DY3M Automatic External Roller Coating Machine is independently designed and manufactured by ANGEM for the controlled application of bonding adhesive to the external cylindrical surfaces of metal components.

It is primarily used to apply adhesive primer and cover coat to metal outer sleeves and cylindrical inserts before rubber molding and vulcanization. Typical products include metal components used in shock absorber bushings, suspension bushings, vibration isolators and other rubber-to-metal bonded assemblies.

Chain-Type Continuous Production

The GL150-DY3M adopts a chain-type conveying system to transfer workpieces continuously through the loading, coating, drying and unloading processes.

This automated production method reduces manual handling and provides stable process timing for every workpiece. It is particularly suitable for manufacturers processing large quantities of cylindrical metal components.

Precision External Roller Coating

During the coating process, the external cylindrical surface of the workpiece comes into controlled contact with the coating roller. The precision control system coordinates workpiece movement, rotation and coating time to produce a uniform adhesive film.

Compared with manual brushing and conventional spraying, roller coating transfers adhesive directly to the required surface. This helps reduce overspray, improve adhesive utilization and provide better control over film thickness.

Automatic Adhesive Supply

The integrated adhesive supply system continuously circulates and delivers coating material to the roller coating unit. Stable adhesive feeding helps reduce variation in viscosity and coating quantity during continuous production.

The equipment can be configured for the application of adhesive primer and cover coat according to the customer’s rubber-to-metal bonding process.

Enclosed and Environmentally Controlled Operation

The GL150-DY3M adopts a fully enclosed coating structure to help contain adhesive residue and volatile emissions inside the working area.

The integrated exhaust gas treatment system collects and processes emissions generated during coating and drying, helping reduce their impact on the workshop environment and improve production safety.

Automated Process Control

The machine uses a precision control system to coordinate the complete production process. Operators can adjust relevant coating and drying parameters according to the workpiece, adhesive system and production requirements.

Its automated operation helps reduce dependence on manual coating, shorten production cycles and improve batch-to-batch consistency.

ANGEM can customize the machine according to the customer’s workpiece dimensions, coating position, adhesive system, required film thickness and target production capacity.
