Designed specifically for applications requiring full-surface adhesive coating, this machine effectively addresses one of the most common challenges in dipping processes—adhesive dripping and accumulation at the bottom of the workpiece.

DESCRIPTION

As an upgraded version of the JL100X86-D2M model, the JL100X86-D2M44 features a specially designed drip-removal system that uses a lifting mechanism and Angem’s proprietary fabric wiping technology to remove excess adhesive after dipping, ensuring a cleaner coating finish and improved coating consistency.

With an adhesive utilization rate exceeding 90%, the machine offers high production efficiency, reduced material waste, environmental protection, and stable product quality.
