Phosphating Line

ANGEM automatic phosphating lines are designed for the cleaning, phosphating and surface pretreatment of metal components before painting, coating or further processing. They are suitable for high-strength bolts, self-tapping screws, automotive and motorcycle components, rubber oil seal metal inserts and other mechanical parts. Equipped with PLC automatic control and an intuitive HMI, the system allows operators to adjust processing parameters according to different workpieces and phosphating requirements. Basket capacities from 50 to 200 kg are available, with optional steam or electric heating. Each phosphating system can be customized according to the required treatment process, production capacity, workpiece specifications and factory layout, helping manufacturers achieve consistent surface treatment, higher productivity and easier operation.
