Designed for high-volume production, the system integrates chain conveying, automatic loading and unloading, adhesive supply, spray coating, drying, inspection, cleaning, exhaust air filtration and explosion-protection functions. It is particularly suitable for rubber-to-metal bonding components, metal inserts, hardware parts and other industrial components requiring accurate and repeatable coating.
With more than 600 conveyor positions and up to 12 spray guns, the machine supports continuous production while maintaining consistent coating quality across large production batches.
The system can be configured for localized coating on specified areas or complete surface coverage, depending on the part geometry and process requirements.
The chain conveyor provides stable and continuous part transfer through loading, spraying, drying, inspection and unloading stations.
A high number of conveyor positions supports continuous processing and high-volume automated production.
Multiple spray guns can be configured to coat different surfaces, angles or adhesive layers while supporting higher production capacity.

Fixtures, spray gun positions, coating programs and conveying parameters can be customized according to the workpiece, coating area, adhesive type and production capacity.
01Featuring multiple stations, multiple spray guns and integrated processing functions, the machine delivers high production efficiency, accurate positioning and flexible compatibility with different products. Its fully enclosed spraying structure makes it an ideal automation solution for high-volume coating production.
02The multilingual touchscreen HMI supports both manual and automatic operating modes. Process parameters can be configured for different workpieces, saved as individual recipes and recalled whenever required, enabling fast product changeover and consistent production.
03The machine is equipped with 630 workpiece stations and uses a chain conveyor for continuous product transfer. It achieves an adjustable cycle time of 2–6 seconds per piece. Automatic loading and unloading are performed by a three-axis robotic system.
04The system includes 12 spray guns. Six guns are installed in Primer Coating Zone 1 and another six in Primer Coating Zone 2. The position and spray angle of each gun can be manually adjusted according to the workpiece geometry and coating requirements.
05The machine integrates automatic adhesive supply, drying, weighing, inspection, spray gun and pipeline cleaning, and exhaust air filtration. An explosion-protected configuration is also incorporated to support safe production with solvent-based coating materials.
06The system can achieve a production capacity of up to 3,600 pieces per hour, depending on the workpiece configuration, coating process and number of parts processed per cycle.
