Automatic Chain Conveyor Spray Coating Machine for Oil Seals PL38-DY206M – ANGEM

The machine provides fully automatic spray coating within a completely enclosed structure for improved operational safety and controlled emissions. Its robust structural-steel frame, German-engineered technology and clean industrial design ensure reliable operation and a professional appearance.

Parts are placed in a mobile storage cart and automatically transferred to the loading position. The system generates an alarm when no parts are detected, helping prevent production interruptions.

One pick-and-place robot handles both loading and unloading operations. It can pick up two parts simultaneously, transfer uncoated parts to the conveyor fixtures, and place qualified coated parts neatly onto trays after processing.

The machine includes two enclosed spray booths and six independent spray coating systems. These systems are configured to apply the primer and cover coat according to the required coating process.

One electrically powered heating system provides recirculating hot air for drying both the primer and cover coat. Process temperatures can be adjusted according to the adhesive and workpiece requirements.

The machine is equipped with one automatic adhesive supply system and one exhaust air collection and discharge system, supporting stable material delivery and controlled process emissions.

The chain conveyor includes 34 workpiece stations. After coating and inspection, the robot removes qualified parts from the fixtures and places them onto trays. Once a tray is full, it is automatically discharged and replaced with an empty tray.

The machine uses a programmable PLC control system with a color touchscreen HMI. Parameters such as cycle time, drying temperature and production count can be configured, saved as recipes and recalled whenever required.

The equipment is CE certified and designed to meet the applicable safety requirements for international export markets.
