DESCRIPTION

Automatic Full-Surface Coating for Small and Medium-Sized Parts

The PR90-DBLS12M Automatic Rotary Spray Coating Machine is developed by ANGEM for the full-surface application of adhesives and paints on small and medium-sized components. It is widely applicable to rubber products, metal parts, industrial hardware and other components requiring uniform batch coating.

During operation, the workpieces rotate continuously inside the coating chamber while the spray system applies the coating material. This rotary spraying process helps achieve more uniform surface coverage, especially on components with multiple surfaces, irregular shapes or areas that are difficult to coat manually.

QR Code-Based Recipe Management

The PR90-DBLS12M is an upgraded version of the standard PR90 rotary spray coating machine. One of its key improvements is the integrated QR code scanning system.

Operators can create and store coating recipes according to different workpiece and process requirements. When the same product is processed again, the operator simply scans its QR code to recall the corresponding recipe.

The stored recipe can include relevant process settings such as spraying time, workpiece rotation, drying temperature and other configurable parameters, depending on the final machine configuration.

This recipe recall system helps:

Stable and Efficient Coating Process

APPLICATION FIELD

1. Decorative Coating

Used to apply decorative finishes to small components such as pen barrels, binder clips, wooden toys, hearing aid components, zipper sliders, buttons, fishing hooks, springs and bottle caps. The process helps achieve uniform color and consistent surface appearance.

2. Corrosion-Resistant Coating

Designed for the application of protective coatings to nuts, screws, bolts, small nails, fasteners and other small hardware components. The coating helps improve corrosion resistance and extend product service life.

3. Low-Friction and Lubrication Coating

Suitable for applying water-based lubricant coatings and PTFE low-friction coatings to O-rings and other sealing components. The coating helps reduce friction, improve sliding performance and support smoother assembly and operation.

4. Adhesive Coating
