The ANGEM PX120-DYZ22J Automatic Rotary Drum Spray Coating Machine is independently developed and manufactured by Suzhou ANGEM Precision Machinery Co., Ltd.
It is designed for the automated full-surface application of paints and compatible adhesives onto medium and small parts, including stationery pen barrels, wooden toys and other components suitable for batch tumbling.
The machine combines a large Φ1200 mm rotary drum, dual spray guns, adjustable preheating and drying, automatic process control, enclosed spraying and exhaust filtration. With a processing capacity of 30–70 L or up to 50 kg per batch, it provides an efficient coating solution for high-volume stationery and wooden toy production.
The machine incorporates independently developed technology protected by Chinese Utility Model Patent No. ZL2013 2 0319639.7.
The PX120-DYZ22J is developed for products that require complete coating coverage and can tolerate contact with each other during batch tumbling.
During operation, the workpieces continuously tumble and rotate inside the drum. Two automatic spray guns apply paint or adhesive while different surfaces of the parts are repeatedly exposed to the spray.
The system integrates preheating, automatic spraying, coating distribution, drying, exhaust filtration and unloading into a controlled production cycle. Operators can start and manage the coating process through the touchscreen interface and physical control buttons.
Its modular structure simplifies equipment maintenance, while the large-capacity drum increases batch output without requiring a large installation area.

One-Touch Automatic Coating Cycle
The machine integrates drum rotation, preheating, spraying, drying and process control into an automated operating sequence.

APPLICATION FIELD
1. Decorative Coating
Used to apply decorative finishes to small components such as pen barrels, binder clips, wooden toys, hearing aid components, zipper sliders, buttons, fishing hooks, springs and bottle caps. The process helps achieve uniform color and consistent surface appearance.
2. Corrosion-Resistant Coating
Designed for the application of protective coatings to nuts, screws, bolts, small nails, fasteners and other small hardware components. The coating helps improve corrosion resistance and extend product service life.
3. Low-Friction and Lubrication Coating
Suitable for applying water-based lubricant coatings and PTFE low-friction coatings to O-rings and other sealing components. The coating helps reduce friction, improve sliding performance and support smoother assembly and operation.
4. Adhesive Coating
Used to apply bonding adhesives to metal-cased oil seals, metal inserts for automotive shock absorber bushings, brake seals, engine seals and other rubber-to-metal components. It supports consistent adhesive coverage before molding and vulcanization.
5. Electrical Insulation Coating
Suitable for applying electrical insulation coatings to soft magnetic cores, hard magnetic cores, toroidal cores, battery caps and other magnetic or electrical components. The coating helps provide electrical isolation and surface protection.
