Automatic Adhesive Coating for Inner Bore Surfaces
The GNP100-DY3M Automatic Inner Bore Roller Coating Machine is independently developed and manufactured by ANGEM for applying bonding adhesive to internal cylindrical surfaces.
It is primarily used to apply adhesive primer and cover coat to the inner bores of metal inserts, sleeves and cores before rubber molding and vulcanization. Typical applications include rubber bushings, shock absorber components, suspension bushings and industrial vibration isolators.
Precision Inner Bore Roller Coating
The machine uses a controlled roller coating mechanism to transfer adhesive directly to the inner cylindrical surface of the workpiece. The precision control system coordinates the coating roller, workpiece positioning and coating time to produce a uniform adhesive film inside the bore.
