Máquina automática de recubrimiento por inmersión rotatoria de ocho estaciones para insertos metálicos de casquillos de goma AJL.ZJJ100 – ANGEM

The AJL.ZJJ100 is an eight-station automatic dip coating machine designed for full-surface application and drying of bonding adhesives on rubber bushing metal inserts and other industrial components.

The machine incorporates a central rotary indexing mechanism, eight independent lifting stations and eight independently controlled workpiece rotation units. After dipping, each workpiece rotates to remove excess adhesive, helping reduce hanging drops and improve coating uniformity.

With more than 90% adhesive utilization, automatic adhesive replenishment and three independent drying systems, the AJL.ZJJ100 provides a stable solution for primer and multiple cover-coat processes in rubber-to-metal bonding production.

DESCRIPTION

Eight-Station Automatic Dip Coating System

The AJL.ZJJ100 Automatic Dip Coating Machine is independently designed and manufactured by ANGEM for full-surface adhesive application on metal components.

It is primarily developed for dip coating and drying metal inserts used in rubber bushings, vibration-control components and other rubber-to-metal bonded products.

The equipment integrates automatic workpiece transfer, dipping, rotation, excess adhesive removal and drying into a multi-station production process.

Central Rotary Indexing Mechanism

The machine uses one central rotary indexing mechanism for workpiece transfer. It is equipped with eight independent lifting units and eight independent workpiece rotation units.

During production, the central mechanism indexes one station at a time, transferring workpieces sequentially between the dipping and drying positions. Each station can lift and rotate independently according to the configured process.

The central structure uses a heavy-duty slewing bearing to provide high load capacity, positioning accuracy and stable operation.

Rotational Anti-Drip Process

After dipping, the workpiece rotates automatically to remove excess adhesive from its surface. The rotation speed and duration can be configured according to the workpiece geometry, adhesive viscosity and coating requirements.

This spin-off process helps reduce hanging drops, adhesive accumulation and uneven film thickness while improving the consistency of the coated surface.

More Than 90% Adhesive Utilization

Excess adhesive removed during the rotational process can return to the coating system for reuse. Combined with controlled dipping and automatic adhesive supply, the machine achieves adhesive utilization of more than 90%.

This helps reduce adhesive waste and lower coating material consumption during continuous production.

Automatic Adhesive Circulation and Replenishment

The dip coating tank incorporates internal adhesive circulation and automatic replenishment. These functions help maintain a stable adhesive level and consistent coating conditions during production.

A constant liquid level allows the dipping depth to remain more consistent between different workpieces and production batches.

Drawer-Type Adhesive Tank

The adhesive supply tank uses a drawer-type structure and can be pulled out from the machine.

This design provides easier access for:

  • Adding adhesive
  • Cleaning the tank
  • Changing coating materials
  • Inspection and maintenance
  • Servicing the circulation system

Three Independent Drying Systems

The AJL.ZJJ100 is equipped with three drying systems for:

  1. Primer drying
  2. Cover coat 1 drying
  3. Cover coat 2 drying

Each drying system includes an explosion-proof fan and an electric heater. The equipment also includes an explosion-proof mist extraction fan to collect coating vapors generated during dipping and drying.

Fresh-Air Heating and Drying

The drying system uses heated fresh air instead of continuously recirculating the same hot air.

This design helps prevent excessive accumulation of solvent vapor inside the drying chamber, reducing process risk when solvent-based adhesives are used.

The final drying configuration should be selected according to the customer’s adhesive properties, drying temperature and local safety requirements.

Customized Rubber-to-Metal Bonding Solution

ANGEM can customize the dipping fixtures, lifting stroke, rotation parameters, adhesive tank, drying temperature and production process according to the customer’s workpieces and coating requirements.
