Máquina automática de recubrimiento exterior con rodillo para insertos metálicos de casquillo de goma GL150-DC3M

The Automatic External Roller Coating Machine GL150-DC3M is designed for applying adhesive primer and cover coat to the external cylindrical surfaces of metal inserts used in rubber bushings and vibration-control components.

The machine combines precision roller coating, automatic adhesive feeding and an enclosed coating structure to achieve uniform film thickness, high adhesive utilization and stable production. It is an efficient solution for high-volume rubber-to-metal bonding preparation.

DESCRIPTION

The GL150-DC3M is an automatic adhesive roller coating machine independently designed and manufactured by ANGEM. It is primarily developed for applying bonding adhesive to the external cylindrical surfaces of metal inserts, sleeves and cores used in rubber vibration-control components.

The machine can be used for both adhesive primer and cover coat application before rubber molding and vulcanization. Typical workpieces include metal inserts for rubber bushings, shock absorber bushings, suspension components and industrial vibration isolators.

During operation, the external cylindrical surface of the workpiece comes into controlled contact with the coating roller. The precision coating mechanism distributes adhesive evenly around the workpiece, producing a stable and uniform adhesive film. Compared with manual brushing and open spray coating, the roller coating process provides better coating consistency while reducing unnecessary adhesive consumption.

The integrated automatic adhesive supply system continuously delivers coating material to the roller coating unit. This helps maintain stable adhesive circulation and reduces coating variation during continuous production. The process offers high adhesive utilization because the coating material is transferred directly from the roller to the required external surface.

Designed for high-volume production, the GL150-DC3M uses a precision control system to coordinate the coating process. Its automated operation reduces dependence on manual work, shortens production cycles and improves the consistency of parts prepared for rubber-to-metal bonding.

The fully enclosed coating structure helps contain adhesive residue and volatile emissions inside the working area. The exhaust collection system can be connected to the customer’s VOC treatment equipment, helping maintain a cleaner and safer workshop environment.

ANGEM can evaluate the equipment configuration according to the customer’s workpiece dimensions, adhesive system, required coating thickness and target production capacity.
