Customized Automatic Dip Coating System
Designed and delivered for Changchun Dingtuo, the JZ9-D3MF is a customized automatic dip coating machine for multi-layer adhesive application. It integrates primer and cover dipping, controlled hot-air drying, adhesive circulation and automatic fixture transfer into one production system.

Multi-Stage Dip Coating Process
Loading & Preheating
Parts are manually loaded onto the fixtures and transferred to the preheating stage.
Primer Dipping
The fixtures are automatically immersed in primer for the preset dipping time.
Primer Drying
The primer layer is dried through controlled hot-air circulation.
Cover 1 Dipping
The first cover adhesive layer is applied in a separate dipping station.
Cover 1 Drying
The first cover layer is dried before the next dipping stage.
Cover 2 Dipping
A second cover adhesive layer is applied according to the preset process.
Final Drying
The final coating layer is dried under controlled temperature and airflow.
Manual Unloading
The completed parts are transferred to the unloading position for manual removal.
Key System Configuration
Automatic Dipping Mechanism
The lifting mechanism automatically lowers and raises the fixtures according to the preset dipping time and movement parameters.
Adhesive Circulation & Filtration
Circulation pumps and filtration systems help maintain adhesive uniformity and remove impurities during production.
Three Adhesive Stations
Separate dipping stations apply primer, the first cover layer and the second cover layer in one integrated system.
Exhaust & Safety Protection
Integrated exhaust extraction and safety interlocks help reduce operator exposure and support safer production.
Hot-Air Drying Chambers
Independent drying chambers provide controlled hot-air circulation from ambient temperature to 100°C.
PLC & Recipe Control
The touchscreen system supports parameter setting, recipe storage, alarm records and production data management.
