Automatic Bushing Loading and Swaging System
ANGEM developed the YS63X100-1M44 automatic loading and hydraulic swaging system for an Indian manufacturer of automotive rubber-to-metal bonded anti-vibration components. The system combines rotary workpiece storage, automatic pickup and transfer, and a 630 kN swaging station. It is designed to reduce repetitive manual handling and support consistent processing of automotive rubber bushings.

Integrated Coating Process
