Customized 216-Station Adhesive Coating Line
Designed for a South Korean automotive parts manufacturer, the PLB216-ZBL3024SF is a customized automatic chain-type adhesive spray coating line. It integrates workpiece conveying and rotation, preheating, primer and topcoat spraying, controlled drying, and exhaust filtration into one continuous production system.

Integrated Coating Process
Manual Loading
Operators manually place the workpieces onto the rotating rods of the chain conveyor.
Preheating
Workpieces are preheated under controlled temperature before adhesive application.
Primer Spraying
Automatic spray guns apply the primer while the workpieces rotate for uniform coverage.
Primer Drying
The primer-coated workpieces pass through the heated drying tunnel.
First Topcoat Spraying
The first topcoat layer is automatically applied under controlled spraying conditions.
First Topcoat Drying
The first topcoat layer is dried at the preset process temperature.
Second Topcoat & Final Drying
A second topcoat layer is applied and then dried before unloading.
Manual Unloading
Operators remove the finished workpieces as the chain conveyor continues circulating.
Key System Configuration
216-Station Servo Chain Conveyor
The servo-driven chain conveyor uses 216 equally spaced rotating rods, with positioning accuracy up to ±0.2 mm.
Dual Adhesive Supply System
Two adjustable adhesive supply systems allow two different coating materials to be supplied during production.
Workpiece Autorotation System
A synchronous-belt drive rotates the workpieces at an adjustable speed of 0–500 rpm for uniform adhesive coverage.
Controlled Heating & Drying
The integrated hot-water heating system provides controlled preheating and drying at temperatures up to 120°C.
24-Gun Automatic Spray System
Three spray booths are equipped with 24 automatic spray guns for primer and multiple topcoat applications.
PLC & Korean-Language Control
The PLC touchscreen provides Chinese and Korean operation, alarm display and storage for 30 coating process recipes.
