Developed from ANGEM\u2019s proven R90 series and optimized according to specific customer product characteristics, the AJL.R120A is particularly suitable for ballpoint pen barrels, rubber components, small hardware parts and other products requiring efficient batch coating.<\/p>\n

The machine integrates automatic spraying, drum rotation, temperature-controlled drying, exhaust filtration and automatic unloading into one enclosed system. It provides an efficient and environmentally conscious solution for high-volume coating production.<\/p>\n

The equipment has been granted Chinese Utility Model Patent Nos. ZL2013 2 0319639.7<\/strong> and ZL2016 2 0956638.7<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Product Overview<\/h2>\n

During operation, the workpieces continuously tumble and rotate inside the drum while the automatic spray gun applies paint or adhesive. This tumbling action exposes different surfaces of the parts to the spray, helping achieve more complete and consistent coating coverage.<\/p>\n

The spray gun can move vertically and its spraying angle can be adjusted according to the product shape and coating requirements. After spraying, the integrated drying system controls the temperature inside the drum to support coating drying and process stability.<\/p>\n

Once the coating cycle is completed, the workpieces are automatically discharged, reducing manual handling and improving production efficiency.<\/p>\n
